What are the serving sizes?

All meals are 1.5 portions, meant to serve one or two hungry people!  Each meal is comprised of nutritious vegetables and wholewheat/grain products such as wholewheat pasta, brown rice, or quinoa. Whole wheat products are much higher in fiber, rich in vitamins, and are a great source of iron, calcium and protein.
